Over recent years, the Information Retrieval Group at Glasgow University has developed a state-of-the-art Information Retrieval platform called Terrier, for the rapid development of web, intranet, XML, desktop and enterprise search applications. The University of Glasgow is now seeking to develop Terrier further and would welcome interest from potential collaborators.
